Max bowl speed 3250 RPM, 2665 x G, 450 x 1910mm = 17.7 x 75.2" bowl ID, 20 degree beach angle. 360 degree cake ports with wear protection, 6" single lead STC conveyor, 45 KW motor 380/3/50/1450 RPM, Viscotherm hydraulic backdrive system with 22 KW motor. The Rotodiff 1070 D has a continuous torque of 7433 Nm at 250 bar pressure. Guards, feed tube and lube system on stand. 1993 vintage. Prior use: dewatering of active biological sludge. Capacity: 800 kg/hour. 20 m3/hour with 4 % dry solids. The bowl has steep cone with baffle disc on the conveyor cone in order to achieve higher dry solids content in the dewatered sludge.
