Description:
Self-cleaning nozzle separator with 12 nozzles, designed for the efficient production of fresh cheese, quark, Greek yoghurt, Skyr, and Labneh. Max bowl speed 4135 RPM, sludge volume 25 L, liquid phase discharged under pressure, rated @ 5000-9000 LPH feed capacity, depending on the protein content at the inlet and the desired total solids in the outlet, resulting in up to 3,000 kg of final product (maximum 20% total solids). The separator concentrates fermented skim milk at an approximate ratio of 2.2–3 liters of feed to 1 liter of concentrate. The system is supplied complete with a quark collecting tank with a funnel volume of 195 liters, equipped with two level sensors and one temperature sensor for precise process control, mounted on a skid with integrated water modules (OWM). 37 KW motor 400/3/50/1450 RPM, complete set of tools, spare parts package with one additional impeller pump and one main spindle, instruction manual and parts list, available in both English and German. No base frame, double filter or control system. 1979 vintage. Very good condition. Located in Europe.
